Based out of the London office, Mark leads ECS’s Enterprise Services business helping FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 firms, primarily in highly regulated industries, with complex transformation programmes. As well as cloud enablement, Mark will spearhead ECS’s AWS Connect contact centre transformation business, which is growing fast and builds on the firm’s ground-breaking work with large enterprise clients.
Mark brings more than 25 years of experience in IT services including leading the HPE UKI Pointnext service business with responsibility for customers’ journey to hybrid IT environments and helping accelerate their business transformation. Prior to HPE, Mark was Global Business Development Director of Metering Services at Siemens Energy. He also spent time at Northgate Information Solutions and Siemens Business Services.
