We’re looking for a New Business Sales Development Lead with proven capabilities in driving sales specifically from a Digital perspective. This includes a strong focus on DevOps, Automation, Test Automation, BDD/ TDD and CI/CD.

With an already extremely successful DevOps division that has grown year on year and won a string of awards on the way we are looking for a technically minded individual to drive us to the next level.

We’re the UK’s largest independent IT Consultancy with a proven track record of successfully delivering some of the industry’s most challenging IT Infrastructure programmes. Our success has grown year on year and with the adoption of our Cloud capability we’re really making waves in the industry.

You’ll have a natural desire to open doors with new customers across the board though a focus on enterprise/ FTSE100/250 clients would be useful though not essential.

Ideally hailing from a technical background you’ll be able to talk the talk with c-level stakeholders and understand their needs and help to develop solutions along with our technical pre-sales consultants. You’ll be familiar with key DevOps and Test Automation tools and be able to understand what solutions best suit a wide variety of organisations and industries.

You should have

  • A proven track record in successful winning new business across multiple sectors specifically focused on Digital and DevOps capabilities.
  • Deep technical understanding of DevOps, CI/ CD, automation, Test Automation, TDD, BDD and QA Testing.
  • Excellent understanding of Cloud, IT Managed Services or Software solutions and their delivery including how these can be positioned to varying levels of organisation. Experience of selling into Enterprise is a bonus, but not essential.
  • The ability to exceed challenging sales targets
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly create long term relationships.
  • Experience of working in a selling consultancy services, solutions and bespoke software solution selling.
