ECS has reached another milestone with the fantastic news that it is now an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner. This highly coveted accreditation is testament to our strong performance in helping enterprise clients to design, architect, build, migrate, and manage their workloads and applications on AWS.
It also recognises the upward trajectory in our AWS business: both the numbers of accredited ECS employees, and the sheer number and scale of our AWS client engagements.
This achievement follows hot on the heels of the announcement in May that we are one of only three EMEA partners to achieve the AWS Service Delivery designation for Amazon Connect.
In July we hosted the first UK partner-led Amazon Connect Immersion Lab. This two-day lab session introduced attendees from a broad cross-section of UK brands to Amazon Connect via a series of hands-on experiences. The focus was on demonstrating how companies can improve communications with huge numbers of consumers over multiple channels, while delivering enhanced customer satisfaction and ensuring compliance. Attendees learned how to create call-flow integrations, build chatbots, and implement innovative customer experiences rapidly, starting from scratch.
In September, on the 16th we participated in the AWS Financial Services Cloud Symposium where we showcased how we help clients to deploy personalised data-driven solutions that use cloud technologies and agile delivery techniques to transform the customer experience. This event was designed to help financial services organisations seek new strategies for business transformation.
And on 17th September we were excited to be silver sponsor for the AWS Transformation day, which brought together business and technology leaders to examine the disruptive opportunities afforded by cloud for today’s enterprises.
Last but not least, we also sponsor the AWS User Group UK, which hosts six London meet-ups each year. With 6,000 members there are always lots of attendees at each event debating the technical aspects of AWS feature use and implementation.
