Third Republic, an expanding cloud advisory and resourcing organisation, and ECS Digital (previously Forest Technologies), one of London’s leading DevOps consultancies, today announced a strategic partnership through which a new DevOps focused Meetup and Hackathon will be created alongside the formation of a DevOps training centre.

The Partnership enables Third Republic and ECS Digital to establish a leading London-hosted monthly Meetup focused on DevOps as a methodology and platform for the community to share experiences of implementing DevOps in environments of various scales.

Alongside a monthly Meetup, we will be building a quarterly Hackathon focused on solving complex problems as a collective using DevOps tools and techniques as the driving force.  The Training centre will build uponECS Digital’s training and DevOps pedigree making their hands on focused courses available to a wider audience.

ECS Digital was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in London with offices in Singapore and more than 100 happy customers worldwide.  For more information, visit www.ecs.co.uk.

Founded in 2014, Third Republic addresses one of the biggest challenges companies face when embracing the change to the new digital economy: how to access the right skills and source the right people needed to deliver digital transformation. For more information, visit www.thirdrepublic.com.

“At Third Republic we are focused on building strategic partnerships with true leaders within the DevOps and Cloud space which is why we are incredibly excited to work with ECS Digital throughout 2016. We are delighted to have an opportunity to drive DevOps adoption through an Introduction to DevOps training program and strengthen the DevOps community by creating an exceptional meetup and hackathon.” – Mat Roche – Director & Co-Founder, Third Republic

“ECS Digital has been one of London’s best kept secrets delivering happy customers for our partners under their brands for over 10 years. In the spirit of DevOps, we are keen to share our insights and experiences with the wider community and equally learn from them.  We carefully select our partners and are excited by this alliance with Third Republic.  They share our desire to widen the adoption and evolution of DevOps and help London catch up with the alleged advances of it’s European peers.” – Andy Cureton – Founder, Forest Technologies
